ImportaPay is a proprietary digital financial product under the registered trademark of Importa Holdings Company LTD, a United Kingdom-based corporate entity with its registered address at 82A JAMES CARTER ROAD, MILDENHALL, UNITED KINGDOM, IP28 7DE, managed by its duly incorporated subsidiary in Nigeria, Importa General Merchant Limited.

These Terms of Use (“the Terms”) govern your access and use of ImportaPay’s website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the “user”, “you” or “your”) and ImportaPay (“we”, “our” or “us”). By using the Platform, you agree that:

1. You have read and understood and have the legal capacity to enter into a legal agreement.
