Importapay identifies certain businesses and business practices that are prohibited from using Importapay’s services. The Prohibited Customer/Business list includes items and activities that Importapay prohibits because they may be illegal or inappropriate in connection with the use of Importapay services. The Chief Compliance Officer maintains the Prohibited Customer List and approves any additions or deletions to the list.
