6. Your Rights

6.1. As a user, you have the following rights and may exercise them accordingly:

• Right to request for and access your information.

• Right to object to or request the restriction of the processing of your information.

• Right to request rectification and modification of your information.

• Right to request for deletion of your information. Your request will be reviewed by ImportaPay’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) and carried out except as restricted by law or our statutory obligations.

6.2. When you decline to provide or request the processing of your information, certain or all the Services may become unavailable to you.
